Mounting your welder on the top shelf of the cart enables you to access controls more readily. With the gas cylinder behind the top shelf allows access to the gas regulator and valve set. The middle shelf provides the welder storage access for consumables or accessories that may be kept within easy reach and if you own a plasma cutter that may be loaded onto the botto shelf.
Height - The height is 720mm from the floor to the front of the top tray. It is 630mm from the floor to the rear of the top tray. The top tray has a 25mm lip folded upwards running around the sides and rear and the lip is inverted on the front of the tray.
Top Tray - The top tray is 280mm wide but allow for 260mm to clear the side bolts or if your equipment has feet on it the bolts are no issue. The top tray is 450mm deep. The inside edge of the front handle is 530mm from the rear of the top tray.
Middle Tray - The middle tray is 280mm wide x 390mm long. From the front of the middle tray to the underside of the top tray is 210mm. The clearance from the rear of the middle tray to the underside of the top tray is 130mm.
Bottom Tray - The bottom tray is 290mm wide and 440mm deep. Allow 270mm width if adjusting for the bolts on the sides. The clearance from the bottom tray to the underside of the middle tray is 380mm. The opening to insert equipment into the lower tray is 280mm wide x 310mm high as the bottom tray has sides that are raised by 50mm. The rear tray bottle support is 290mm wide x 250mm long and the vertical back support is 540mm high. The total trolley length is 720mm at the bottom and 800mm at the top as the front handle protrudes forward.
Shipping accross Australia as a flat back, requires 20 minutes of assembly. Not the hardest construction project but certainly requires dexterity.
