A 10 pack of Weldstone 2.4mm x 175mm Ceriated Tig Welding Tungsten Electrodes WC20. Weldstone WC20 or 2% Ceriated Tungsten electrodes contain a nominal 2% of Cerium oxide (CEo2) an inorganic compound containing the rare earth element cerium and oxygen, which is evenly dispersed throughout the entire length of each rod. The alloying of cerium oxide with tungsten makes these electrodes ideal for DC welding at low amperages due to the easy arc starts at low amps. Ceriated tungstens can operate well on around 10% less amperage than Thoriated tungstens making them an ideal replacement. Ceriated tungsten electrodes are ideal for pipe welding, orbital tube welds and Tig welding of small parts. Also includes a 2.4 mm collet.
